To launch the revolutionary SodaStream MIX—a machine that carbonates almost any liquid—SodaStream turned to Allenby Concept House to craft an experience worthy of its innovation.

We created the Alchemy Lounge, a futuristic pop-up mixology bar inspired by transformation: water into bubbles, metal into gold. Designed by Yves Béhar as a symmetrical spacecraft of copper, plywood, Mylar, and steel, the lounge landed inside the mirrored drama of the Versace Theater in Milan.

Cocktails were crafted by world-class mixologist Ariel Leizgold, with sessions powered by the Campari Academy. The activation included:

• Live bartending from top Italian pros

• A 1,400-guest launch party with Wallpaper**

• VIP dinners and design meet-ups curated by Designboom

• A taste-first intro to the world’s most advanced carbonation system
