THE RESTURANT x Tom Dixon x Caesarstone
Salone del Mobile Milan + IDS Toronto + IDS Vancuver
British design icon Tom Dixon teamed up with Caesarstone to create an ambitious, four-element food installation for Salone del Mobile. Allenby Concept House joined once again to bring the vision to life—this time, with four fully operational pop-up kitchens, each inspired by Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
Set inside Rotonda della Besana—an 18th-century former hospital-turned-children’s museum, never before rented for an event—Allenby secured the breathtaking location and handled the production end-to-end. From site scouting and buildout to restaurant fabrication and show-stopping event execution, we transformed the space into a culinary and design destination.
The week included:
Four restaurants, serving 45,000+ guests in six days
A launch party with Wallpaper* that drew 2,000 guests and Milan nightlife legend status
Five exclusive VIP dinners
Seamless execution in one of Milan’s most logistically complex venues
Press + Praise:
Named Top 5 Installations in Wallpaper** (print + digital)
Featured in The New York Times, AD, Dezeen, Designboom, and more
380M+ media reach
Viral social coverage across the design world
The Restaurant wasn’t just built. It was orchestrated.
And Allenby made it sing.
